Shipping

Every order ships with tracking. The tracking link comes by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Returns

A Loomi Glide can be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

  1. Write from the contact page with the order number.
  2. The reply gives the return address and the steps.
  3. Send the parcel with tracking and keep the receipt.

Damaged, wrong or missing

A parcel that arrives damaged, a wrong item or a missing one is on us. Write from the contact page with the order number and a photo: it is replaced or refunded, shipping included.

Refunds

Once a return is accepted, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
