1. Gel on
A thin layer of water-based gel on the jaw and neck, so the metal glides instead of dragging.
2. Pick a light
Hold the power button to switch on, press it for red, green or blue, then step the pulse up from level 1.
3. Glide upward
One zone per buzz, slow strokes upward along the jaw and the sides of the neck. Never the front of the throat. After six minutes it switches off.

Will it lift or tighten?
Loomi Glide does not promise either, and this page shows no result. What it does is physical and stated by the manufacturer: the metal head warms to 42 °C (108 °F) on red and green, the LED shines red, green or blue, a pulse runs at the level picked, and a timer keeps the six minutes.
Whether that earns a place in a routine is for the buyer to judge, which is what the 30-day returns are for.
Does it get hot, or hurt?
It should not. Red and green warm the metal to 42 °C (108 °F), like a warm cup; blue has no heat. The pulse starts at level 1, the lightest: go up one level at a time and stay on the one that feels strong but comfortable.
If it stings, add a little gel or go down a level. If it still hurts, stop.
Is a gel needed? Is one in the box?
Yes, a thin layer. Water-based gel or a light serum lets the metal head glide instead of drag; a plain aloe vera gel from any pharmacy works. It wipes off the skin and rinses off the head.
The box holds the device, its cable and the manual; no gel.
How long is a session, and how often?
Six minutes, once a day, morning or night. A buzz every 60 seconds says move to the next zone, and the device switches itself off at the end: nothing to time.
For an evening session, use red, the everyday light.
Where does it go on the neck, and where never?
On the sides of the neck toward the back, from the base of the neck up to behind the ear. Then under the jaw and along the jawline, chin to ear. Slow strokes, always upward, always moving.
Never on the front of the neck: the throat, the windpipe, the Adam’s apple and the soft area on each side of the windpipe. Never near the eyes.
Is it for men too? Can two people share one?
Yes. It is the same device for him and for her, with no sizes to pick. Under the jaw and up the sides of the neck, on clean-shaven skin or short stubble, with gel. A full beard keeps the metal off the skin: use it on the neck, below the beard line.
Two people can share one: rinse the head under the tap between uses (IPX6, never submerged).
Who should not use it?
Do not use Loomi Glide with a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, with metal implants in the face or neck, or on broken, sunburnt or irritated skin. Not for children.
Keep it away from the eyes and off the centre of the throat. In any doubt, ask a doctor first.
